WILL WE GET TO MEET SANTA THIS YEAR?

YES if you schedule a departure on the North Pole Express Train! 

 You can visit Santa as he sits beside his Sleigh and our photographer will take photos of children sitting in his sleigh.

TICKET POLICY

ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  Tickets may be transferred to another night. Your ticket transfer must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your departure time.  Same day exchanges are not available. Re schedules are not available for parties who miss their reservation departure or are a NO SHOW.

Train will continue to run in light rain or snow.  If the train is operating and you fail to redeem your ticket for the night you have reserved,  you forfeit your tickets.  NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES WHO ARE "NO SHOW".  In the rare event that Train is canceled for delayed due to weather or mechanical difficulties, the ticket office will offer rain checks. 

For questions, we recommend sending a message through our Talon Falls Adventure Park Facebook page due to call volume, phone calls may take 24 hours to be returned.​

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Adventure Park Barn doors open at 4:30pm.  The required check in time is 30 minutes before your train departure.  Once check in take a short walk to the Christmas barn or General Store to wait in the warm till your called to head up to the Train Depot. 

Open for General admission guest 4:30pm till 9pm

IS IT A REAL TRAIN?

The North Pole Express Train is an excursion train that runs on tires and travels 5 miles an hour.  It has an engine and 7 passenger cars that carry adults and children. Each car has 3 rows and can hold up to 6 adults or the equivalent fit in a car.  Smaller children may be lap riders. The cars have roofs and open air windows.  

Please dress for the conditions.

HOW LONG IS THE RIDE?

The Train departs every 15 to 20  minutes the ride itself is going to be 15 minutes traveling thru dazzling lights and holiday displays to the North Pole to see Santa.

WHAT IF I MISS MY TRAIN RIDE?

Missed your train ride or your check in time?  Come by the ticket booth and we can assist you in getting on a waiting list for a new boarding pass. Then just head to the Christmas Barn or General Store and wait for standby loading for an available seat.  If we are already booked up then we will make an extra run at the end of the night after all other departures.

DOES THE TRAIN RUN WHEN IT IS RAINING OR SNOWING?

The Train runs despite the weather.  The cars have roofs and open air windows.  Please dress for the conditions.  Santa's room at the North Pole is heated!

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION TIME?

Yes, If there is a preferred time slot available.  Please call the hotline at 270-674-5690

IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?

Our Trains are vintage, which means they do not have all the features of modern trains.  We do our very best to accommodate all riders,  but riders must transfer to a train seat.

The Christmas Barn and General Store are Wheelchair accessible

IS STROLLER PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes!  There is a stroller parking area at the Train Depot loading / unloading area for your convenience.
