Location & Parking
2932 State Route 849 West, Melber, KY 42069
On-site parking, with staff on hand to help direct traffic on busy nights.
Hours & Arrival
Open for general admission 4:30pm–9:00pm. Check-in is required 30 minutes before your train departure time.
The Train Ride
A real excursion train on tires, traveling about 5 mph with 7 passenger cars. Departs every 15–20 minutes; the ride itself is about 15 minutes.
Ticket Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another night if completed at least 24 hours before your departure time. Same-day exchanges aren't available.
Accessibility
The Christmas Barn and General Store are wheelchair accessible. Train riders must be able to transfer to a train seat. Stroller parking is available at the Train Depot.
Weather Policy
The train runs in light rain or snow - dress for the conditions. Santa's room at the North Pole is heated! If the train is canceled for weather or mechanical reasons, the ticket office offers rain checks.
